HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Emergency crews responded to the scene of a shooting at a Huntsville gas station.
Officials said two people got into an argument inside the Chevron on Jordan Lane and Mastin Lake around 10:35 a.m.
The two walked outside and the offender shot 25-year-old Richard Smartt multiple times.
Smartt was taken to the hospital in life threatening condition.
Witnesses told police the offender left the scene in a dark colored newer model two-door Mercedes.
One person was shot.
The shooting happened on Jordan Lane and Mastin Lake.
