HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The civil case against UA-Huntsville shooter Amy Bishop Anderson will move forward.
A Madison County judge set a trial date for March 10, 2014.
Survivors and some family members of those killed filed a lawsuit against Bishop Anderson, her husband Jim Anderson, and the UAH provost.
Bishop Anderson is serving life in prison for shooting six people, killing three, in 2010.
She is appealed the criminal case.
The judge ruled Friday afternoon that he will not issue a stay in the case until the appeal is resolved.
