DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
Decatur Police officers made an arrest at the Walmart in Decatur on Tuesday. Investigators said Robbie Lee Mears was under the influence of a narcotic and tried to throw out more than two dozen Methadone pills.
Mears was placed under arrest for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and tampering with physical evidence.
Mears will be transferred to the Morgan County jail on $3,500 bond.
