DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
During a search Morgan County drug agents discovered
marijuana and other illegal drugs at a home in Decatur.
On Wednesday, agents arrested Cody Lee Taylor and James E.
Hilton of Decatur.
Taylor was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in
the first degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogenic
mushrooms), and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Taylor is being held
at the Morgan County jail on $10,300 bond.
Agents also found a half pound of marijuana, prescription
pills, paraphernalia and more than $1,600
inside Hilton's home.
Hilton was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of
marijuana in the first degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia,
along with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Hilton's bond was set
at $15,300.
