ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -
A Mississippi man was arrested in Athens Tuesday morning after allegedly exposing himself to employees at a fast food restaurant.
Officers were called to the Sonic restaurant on US 72 about a man in a vehicle not wearing any pants. When officers arrived, the man had already left the scene, but the staff took down his tag number and vehicle description.
An officer spotted the vehicle on Athens Limestone Lane and found the driver.
William Addison Monagham was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure. One was for the incident on Tuesday, and the second was for another incident last week.
He was booked at the police department and was released on $2,000 bond.
