The Alabama Shakes are moving the music world in 2013.
It's already been a busy time for the Athens-based rock-soul group.
They played in Australia in January.
They also got three Grammy nominations.
Saturday night, you can see them on a national stage when they perform on Saturday Night Live.
Helen West is the grandmother for Shakes lead singer, Brittany Howard.
"She used to play at home, beat on drums and buckets and all that kind of stuff. I never thought she'd go big, but she did," said West.
They will perform on SNL Saturday night following WAFF 48 News at 10.
