HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The Huntsville Police Department and Madison County Sheriff's Office are hosting a seminar on the issue of teen violence.
The "Why Teens Kill" seminar will be held at the Columbia High School Auditorium on Saturday, March 9 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public. Walk-ins are welcome until the auditorium reaches capacity. Reservations can be made by contacting Officer Carl McDuffie at 256-755-2158, Officer Dwight Atkinson at 256-541-5122 or Deputy Matt Cagle at 256-759-3999.
Phil Chalmers, an author, speaker, TV personality, and police trainer will be the featured speaker.
