HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The
Alabama Supreme denied Jonathan Antwan Foster's appeal following his murder
conviction.
Foster
killed Heather Clemmons in Huntsville in 2008. Clemmons was shot in the
stomach. Foster drove Clemmons to the hospital, where she died.
A
Madison County jury convicted Foster in 2012. He was sentenced to 30 years in
prison. Foster is serving his sentence at Bullock Correctional Facility near
Montgomery.
The Alabama Supreme Court denied Jonathan Foster's appeal.
Jonathan Foster killed Heather Clemmons in 2008.
