HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Four restaurants scored low in Kitchen Cops; one of the restaurants is on the list for the third consecutive time.

The Southern Fixin Steakhouse and Buffet in Ardmore is a Kitchen Cops low performer for the third straight time. It scored an 84, then a 79 and this time an 82.

A Madison County health inspector reported several small infractions but only one critical violation for a dirty can opener blade.

India Café on Airport Road in Huntsville scored an 82. The inspector reported yogurt, coconut chutney, red chutney and minty chutney all held above to maximum temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold holding foods.

Restuarante El Azteca in Huntsville scored an 80. The inspector took off points after discovering steak cooked for future use had no markings to indicate when it had been cooked, and the inspector reported no one had proof of passing their food safety course.

That same violation was reported at the Lucky Food Mart in Decatur. They scored a 68. The Morgan County Health Inspector also nailed them for dirty equipment.
