DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
A Decatur man was arrested and charged with distributing heroin.
Police began investigating heroin coming into the city from Birmingham. In November, agents purchased crack cocaine and heroin on two occasions from Josh Reedus in Decatur city limits.
Warrants were issued for his arrest.
On February 13, police located Reedus and arrested him. He was charged with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
