HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The Huntsville man accused of tossing lit gas cans at homes will appear in court March 6.
Craig Emerson faces two counts of arson and one count of attempted arson.
Investigators say Emerson targeted homes on Hilltop Terrace and Knollwood Drive in Huntsville. Neither home had structural damage.
People at both homes reported seeing Emerson running to his vehicle after the gas cans were tossed.
U.S. Marshals arrested Emerson in Decatur the day after the arsons.
