COLBERT COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Colbert County woman was arrested Monday morning after a police chase.
Police tried to stop 33-year-old Andrea Johnson for a speeding violation. According to police, Johnson was driving a stolen 2005 Honda Civic.
Officers chased her through the east side of Colbert County. They ended up on Jarmon Cove in someone's back yard. Johnson drove the vehicle into the yard and got stuck.
She fled on foot, but officers were able to catch her. Johnson was charged with reckless endangerment and other driving offenses.
Johnson also had a warrant out of Muscle Shoals. No one was injured in the chase.
