NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Police at Tennessee State University have arrested someone after threats of violence at an on-campus dormitory.
TSU's text alert system said there were "threats of violence made to students" at the Boyd Hall dorm.
A second alert sent minutes later by the school said a "suspect has been identified and is in custody."
According to school officials, there were verbal threats made. The person making the threats was taken into custody.
No violence actually took place, according the school's public relations office.
