MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County deputies arrested a man during a traffic stop
when they found meth in the vehicle.
Deputies performed a routine traffic stop on Highway 231 in
Morgan City Friday.
Deputies said when they talked with the driver, Nicholas
Maddox, he appeared very nervous.
They searched his vehicle and found several baggies and
pipes used with meth. One of the baggies contained the pure form of meth, Ice.
They also found a used syringe.
Maddox was arrested and charged with possession of a
controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
