DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
On Tuesday around 2 p.m., a woman arrived at her house on Sorrento Drive to find a man inside.
The man, later identified as Charles Andrew Brooks, ran from the house and into a wooded area.
Decatur Police saw him fleeing and chased him. He was arrested shortly after. Two other people who were involved got away.
Brooks was charged with third degree burglary. Police expect to arrest the other two people who escaped.
