Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (PRWEB) February 05, 2013
Cloud View Technologies, a developer of digital delivery platforms for publishers, independent authors, and instructors seeking to digitize and deliver custom course materials, unveiled the Author Cloudware™ cloud-based application that will be used to bring affordable digital content management that includes eBook, ancillary files, and video sales, worldwide, at an affordable price with reasonable royalty rates to both independent authors and publishers.
CVT partnered with Mercury Learning and Information (http://www.merclearning.com) to create a secure platform using the Adobe® Content Server®, the digital rights management application of choice for most content providers of digital products. The new platform application, called Author Cloudware™ (http://www.authorcloudware.com), enables publishers to register, upload and store content, and sell directly to their customers and users.
“Author Cloudware™ is about leveling the playing field where the smaller publishers and independent authors are given the ability to compete with the larger publishers,” said Charles Thies, CEO of Cloud View Technologies. “We are truly elated with our new partnership with MLI; bringing onboard the expertise of David Pallai helped to fine tune the Author Cloudware™ platform. Our new partnership will also enhance our services beyond digital content management by providing publishing services to independent authors and publishers. ”
