MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Madison County judge will soon make a decision about a ruling involving a Huntsville dance studio.
Neighbors sued Ann Brown, owner of Ann's Studio of Dance.
The lawsuit stated Brown's dancers and their parents parked in the street, making it difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood.
The judge over the lawsuit ruled that Brown would have to find new parking and provide shuttle service for students.
Brown said that move would put her out of business.
A judge heard arguments on that issue Monday afternoon, and his ruling is expected in a few weeks.
