HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Huntsville teen was robbed by his classmate over the weekend.
Police said the offender approached the victim at 4:30 p.m. Sunday and asked to borrow money.
The victim refused, and the offender pointed what appeared to be a handgun concealed in his pocked. He demanded the victim's money, and the victim gave the offender his wallet.
The victim told police the offender, a classmate, is known to have guns, so he complied. The offender fled on foot.
No names were released because both the victim and offender are 16-years-old. The investigation is ongoing.
