MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
State Troopers are investigating a fatal accident involving a pedestrian.
Troopers said a car hit 38-year-old Mary Davis at 9:55 p.m. on Skyview Drive in Marshall County. Davis died at the scene.
The driver, Timothy Reliford, 41 of Summerville was not injured. Troopers said Reliford has not been charged with anything.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation, but officials said they believe it was accidental.
