Fire damaged a home in Hazel Green Thursday night.
Firefighters said around 6:30 p.m., they answered a call in the 100 block of Brookview Drive.
They saw flames shooting from the home.
Neighbors said no one has lived in the house for a few weeks.
Around 10 p.m., the fire rekindled. Volunteers from Bobo and Meridianville Fire Departments helped put out the fire.
The home sustained heavy fire damage. No one was injured.
The cause is still under investigation.
