VINA, AL (WAFF) -
A Franklin County man has been indicted for the raping a 15-year-old girl.
Investigators said Jerry Lee Davis of Vina allegedly gave alcohol to two
15-year-old girls and then sexually abused and raped one of them.
Reports said Davis took the one of the girl's clothes off and tried to rape
her when she went to bed, but she fought him off.
The second girl said she was raped Saturday night. Investigators said he
picked her up after she got sick from drinking, undressed her and raped her.
Davis was arrested in July of 2012 and charged with first-degree rape,
first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of
a minor.
