DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County Drug Task Force Agents made a meth bust at a home on Rosemont Street on the southeast side of Decatur on Wednesday.
They arrested 43-year-old Christopher Sean Russell and 23-year-old Amber Nicole Evans Cagle for first degree unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance (meth), and felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug agents got an arrest warrant after officers saw drug paraphernalia and two one-pot meth labs inside.
Decatur Fire Department was called in to decontaminate the suspects before they were taken to the Morgan County Jail. Cagle is being held without bond due to a burglary arrest a few weeks ago. Russell is being held on a $125,000 bond.
