MEMPHIS, TN (WAFF) -
A Tennessee statewide amber alert has been canceled for a 2-month-old baby boy.
Officials said Adrian Delk Jr. was taken by his father, Adrian Delk Sr. from Memphis.
Police said Delk stabbed the boy's mother multiple times. He took her to the hospital and then fled with Adrian.
Adrian was located safe shortly after the Amber alert was issued. Delk is in police custody.
Officials said Delk has a history of domestic violence.
Police said the mother was airlifted to the Regional Medical Center in
extremely critical condition. She was later listed in non-critical
condition.
