DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
Decatur Police arrested a man accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl.
The victim's mother told police her daughter was abused by John Paul David Puckett.
Puckett is charged with sexual abuse of a child less than 12-years-old. His bond is set at $30,000.
