HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The Madison County bail bondsman accused of shooting and killing a 19-year-old will go to trial April 8.
James Baugh is charged with the murder of Danny Moore.
Police say Baugh's gun went off while he was taking Moore into custody. Investigators say there was no struggle between Baugh and Moore.
The shooting happened in September 2010 at a home on Deerfield Road in Huntsville.
Baugh is out of jail on bond.
