HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A man shot during a robbery will face charges once he's released from the hospital.
Huntsville Police said Gregory Ivey tried to rob a man who posted an ad on Craigslist.
The seller listed a 52 inch television for sale. He agreed to meet two men on Padgett Drive to sell the television.
Police said one of the men pulled out a gun and started firing. The seller also pulled out a gun and fired back.
Investigators said the seller hit Ivey, who remains under guard in ICU.
