MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
The preliminary hearing for a man accused of shooting two lawmen was delayed again.
Joseph Shriver's hearing was pushed back to March 15. It was previously set for February 1.
Investigators said Shriver shot Fayetteville Police officer Justin Raby and Madison County deputy Brent Beavers on November 29 in 2011.
Both men survived and have been back on duty for a while.
