HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Huntsville P.E. teacher faces drug and alcohol charges after being arrested over the weekend.
Investigators said 45-year-old Lewis Gregory was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, and open container.
According to jail records, he was arrested early Saturday morning.
School officials said Gregory is a physical education teacher at Ed White Middle School. They were notified of his arrest Saturday.
They said Gregory will be placed on administrative leave beginning Monday morning.
