HAMMOND, LA -
A Hammond man was found shot to death inside his
apartment on North Oak Street, according to the Hammond Police
Department.
Raphael Garrison, 23, was found lying on the floor, unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.
"Investigators are looking for two black male suspects seen leaving
the area driving a tan Toyota with no known plate at this time," said a
statement from police.
