MUSLCE SHOALS, AL (WAFF) -
A former Muscle Shoals
police officer is making another appeal to get his job back.
On Wednesday, attorneys
for Greg Scoggins filed their latest appeal on his behalf.
The Muscle Shoals Police Department fired Scoggins
after officers arrested him for illegal hunting while on duty.
Last week, the Muscle Shoals
Civil Service Board ruled against giving Greg Scoggins his job back.
Scoggins' attorney said they are appealing
the decision to the Colbert County Circuit Court, requesting a new Civil Service
Board hearing.
