NEW HOPE, AL (WAFF) -
A man was jumped and attacked in New Hope while walking his dog around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies said a 32-year-old man was walking his dog near Wesley Childers Road when the offenders jumped him. The victim's family identified the victim as Jason Etheredge.
The man suffered three cut wounds. He was taken by medical helicopter to Huntsville Hospital with serious injuries. He is listed in good condition.
The offenders have not been arrested. No names have been released.
