HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A grand jury indicted a Huntsville man for murder.
Xavier Shaquille Green is charged with murder for the death of Cornelius Powell.
Green is in the Madison County Metro Jail.
Powell was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Twickenham Apartments on Galaxy Way.
It happened in December of 2011.
A trial date has not been set.
