MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Representatives with Lifesouth say the winter storms have made the
blood shortage even worse.
Officials said the winter weather affected some blood drives.
Lifesouth is in need of all blood types, but AB-Positive,
AB-negative and O-negative are in shortest supply.
All donor centers are open Friday. Donors must be at least 17, or
16 with parent's permission. They must weigh 110 pounds and be in good health.
A photo ID is required.
