DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
In
October of 2012, police said Connie Dee Russell Jr. sold cocaine for a
cooperating witness on four occasions.
Police arrested Russell on
Thursday at a Decatur business. They also found marijuana and a handgun in his
vehicle.
Russell was charged with
distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and carrying a
pistol without a permit.
He
is being held in the Morgan County Jail on $16,000 bond.
