2 women use stolen credit card at Huntsville mall

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A lost credit card was recovered by two thieves who used it to their advantage.

By the time the victim tried to stop payment on the card, the crooks had already finished their shopping spree at the mall.

Two women walked into Foot Action at Madison Square Mall on November 13th.

They can be seen on surveillance video walking around the store looking a shoes and other merchandise.

Once they made their selection, they headed to the counter to purchase the items with a stolen credit card.

Huntsville Police said by the time they finished their shopping spree, they spent over $1700.
