HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Madison County judge denied Ann Brown's motion to stay the ruling handed down after neighbor's filed a civil lawsuit.
Neighbors claimed students of Ann Brown's Studio of Dance illegally parked causing traffic issues.
A judge ruled that Brown must provide a shuttle bus to transport students to and from the building.
Brown is asking the judge to reconsider the ruling. Court documents state the ruling will lead to "the school's demise".
The judge has not ruled on the motion to reconsider the ruling.
