Funeral held for Lisa Greer

SCOTTSBORO, AL (WAFF) -

Friends and relatives said their sad goodbyes for a pastor's wife.

Lisa Greer's funeral was held Tuesday afternoon in Scottsboro.

She died after being shot in her family's home in Gardendale Monday.

Police said her husband, Terry Greer, killed her and wounded their 18-year-old daughter.

Pastor Terry Greer remains in a Birmingham hospital.

According to authorities, he stabbed himself.

Greer once served as a Methodist pastor in Decatur and Huntsville.

    A ground search ensued that lasted about four hours and covered approximately six miles, ending a few hundred yards east of Hays Mill Road where the suspects were caught in a hunting stand/shoot house.
