HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Madison County judge has ordered a hearing for a Huntsville dance studio owner. Ann Brown was sued by neighbors who said parents and students of Ann Brown's Studio of Dance illegally parked causing traffic issues.
The judge ordered that the studio must provide a shuttle service for students as a way to stop traffic problems.
The studio filed an appeal this week claiming the order will have a debilitating effect on the studio that's done business for 44 years.
The judge denied Brown's motion to stay the ruling, but did set a hearing date on the matter.
