Police identified the body
of a man found in a drainage ditch in Arab.
The body of 23-year-old James
William Whited was found on Nathan Road.
An employee for Arab Cartage
and Express discovered Whited's body on Monday.
His body has been sent off
to state medical examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
