RUSSELLVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Russellville man was arrested after police said he failed
to register as a sex offender.
Osebio James Cabrera was registered as
living in Lauderdale County. He moved to Autauga County.
Autauga Sheriff's officials said he was in
noncompliance since 2011.
He was located living in Russellville.
Officials do not know how long he had been living there.
Cabrera was convicted of sexually abusing a
teen in 2007.
Cabrera was arrested and charged with
failure to register as a sex offender.
