HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A memorial service will
take place Thursday, January 10 for a local Army officer found shot to death.
The memorial service for Lieutenant
Colonel Alonzo McGhee will take place at Bicentennial Chapel on Redstone Arsenal
at 2 p.m.
His funeral will be Saturday in Georgia.
Someone shot and killed McGhee
last Friday night on Pale Dawn Lane in Huntsville. The coroner said he died
from several gunshot wounds.
Police are still looking
for the person responsible. If you have any information, call Huntsville Police.
