MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County deputies arrested a convicted sex offender on
failure to register and drug charges.
Deputies said 35-year-old Kelly Allen failed to register a
move.
She was listed at a home on Culver Road but deputies found
her staying at motels to avoid arrest.
Allen was arrested and charged with failure to register and
possession of methamphetamine.
Allen was convicted in 1998 of child molestation.
