FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -
Florence Police say a man convicted of drug charges will be considered for parole on February 5.
Terry Lynn Butler was sentenced to 10 years in prison for unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance in 2006. He was convicted for possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2012.
Investigators say the second conviction happened after Butler brought meth to a meeting with his probation officer.
