Louisiana authorities issue endangered/missing child advisory

At the request of the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office, Louisiana State Police has issued an endangered/missing child advisory for James Kevin Fraiser, Jr. and Gracie Fraiser, who may be traveling in the Benton/Shreveport or Grannis, Arkansas areas accompanied by their non-custodial parents. 

The children, who are assigned to foster care, were taken on Monday from a Benton home by James Kevin Fraiser Sr. and Mary Evalyn (McGray) Graham. 

They may be driving a white 1998 Chevrolet pick-up bearing LA plates X0479916 or a 4-door beige 1999 Chevrolet Malibu bearing LA plates TAM 384.
