DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
Former Alabama standout and current Oakland Raiders football player Rolando McClain bonded out of the Decatur City Jail on Tuesday.
A Decatur Police officer pulled McClain over on Corsbie Street and Flynt Road for driving a vehicle with a tinted window. The officer said McClain gave him a false name, which is a Class A misdemeanor.
His bond was $500.
A spokesman for the Oakland Raiders said the team is "choosing not to comment at this time" about McClain's arrest.
McClain is also awaiting his day in circuit court over a driving without insurance charge and a reckless driving charge that goes back to May 2011.
A few weeks ago, McClain allegedly made some strange remarks online, saying he was done with the Oakland Raiders. He was suspended for a couple of games, then he claimed that those comments weren't made by him.
His future in the NFL is still anyone's guess.
Charges were recently dropped against McClain for a fight in Decatur in December of 2011.
