HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police are on the scene of a bank robbery in South Huntsville.
A man robbed the Regions Bank on Drake Avenue at Memorial Parkway.
Police said the suspect was around 30 years old and was wearing a black hat when he walked into the bank and handed the teller a note saying that he had a gun.
The teller gave the robber an undisclosed amount of money.
He fled on foot out of the building, and police believe he got into a car shortly after that.
