ETOWAH COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Etowah County deputies seized more than 100 pounds of
marijuana.
Sheriff's deputies said three people were found with large
amounts of marijuana totaling over 100 pounds. Officials said the drugs were
transported to the U.S. from Mexico over a one year period.
Hunter Waters was found with 45 pounds, Hernandez Soto was
found with 50 pounds and a third suspect was found with 15 pounds.
Waters and Soto were charged with trafficking marijuana.
The third suspect will be presented before a Grand Jury.
