MUSCLE SHOALS, AL (WAFF) -
A Shoals woman faces assault charges after allegedly hitting
her husband with a car.
Police said Lee Ann Brackin and her husband were arguing in
their car Sunday evening. They were traveling along Wilson Dam Road.
When they stopped at an intersection, the husband got of the
car and started walking into a field to get away from the situation.
Police said Brackin then crossed over into the turning lane and into the
field and hit her husband with the vehicle.
It is unclear if he was injured.
Brackin was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
