MUSCLE SHOALS, AL (WAFF) -
Muscle Shoals Police arrested a man in connection with a string of Shoals robberies.
Winford Cobb Jr. is accused of robbing four local businesses in less than 24 hours.
Police said Cobb robbed the Jack's on Woodward Avenue, the Quick Stop Convenience Store on Alabama 20, Sweet Pepper's Deli on Avalon Avenue and Chuck-E-Cheese on Hatch Boulevard.
Officials said at all three locations, he said he had a weapon but he kept his hands inside his shirt. He left each business in a black SUV.
An off duty officer spotted the vehicle Sunday and Cobb was arrested. He was charged with three counts of robbery.
