FLAT ROCK, AL (WAFF) -
Tuesday was a busy night for fire fighters in the Jackson County community of Flat Rock.
It's been months since they had a structure fire, but Tuesday night they responded to two.
Flat Rock volunteer fire fighters were called to a mobile home on fire on County Road 497 just before 9 p.m.
Around 3:30 a.m., fire crews were sent back out to deal with a single family home on fire on County Road 814.
Both homes were a total loss, but no one was injured.
